The New Joy of Living meditation training is about to be launched!

Meditation enables us to transform all experiences - even difficult emotions and painful thoughts - into sources of joy. In this meditation training, we will learn to transform our experience by using sensations, feelings, thoughts, emotions, and even awareness itself as supports for meditation.

This meditation training offers step-by-step instructions and guidance to calm your mind by making meditation a daily habit. The program has been designed under the guidance of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, a renowned meditation teacher in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, recognized around the world for his warm, friendly teaching style and his ability to incorporate ancient teachings with the most recent advances in scientific research on the effects of meditation.

The Joy of Living can be followed by anyone, regardless of religious or cultural orientation. It will benefit those new to meditation and inspire those who have an existing practice.

Subscription Details

There are currently 3 options to choose from when you subscribe to Joy of Living. You have the option to be billed each month, every 6 months, or every 12 months. You may join starting October 15, 2019

Monthly plans will charge you once a month unless you cancel your active subscription, whereas multi-month subscriptions will issue the charge after all account subscription months end. You can cancel your subscription at the end of your chosen plan (month, 6-month, 12-month).
